Missing or damaged shipments
If a shipment has not arrived or is damaged please contact us by email: info@plasticmodelbouw.nl Damaged goods will be replaced by spare parts where posible Damaged or lost shipments will be replaced where posible or refunded when needed.

Before we refund a lost shipment we will investigate where posible this can take up to 3 weeks. All international shipments are insured

Transport Cost per 01-01-2008 (EU orders Except the Netherlands)

Orders that can be send by letter mail shipping will be changed after the order is placed to a max of 500Gram and 5,80, above this weight the order will be send as a parcel

Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg

·         For orders from € 0,00 to € 100 Euro shipping is € 6.50
For orders above € 100 Shipping is free of charge

Denmark, France, UK, Italy, Austria

·         For orders from € 0 to € 60 Euro shipping is €  8.00
For orders from € 60.01 to € 150 Euro shipping is € 6.50
 For orders above € 150 Shipping is free of charge

Finland, Sweden, Hongary, Poland, Solvenie, Slowakije, Spane, Tsjechie

·         For orders from € 0 to € 100 Euro shipping is € 8.00
For orders from € 100.01 to € 150 Euro shipping is € 6.50
 For orders above € 150 Shipping is free of charge

All other EU countries

·         For orders from € 0 to € 100 Euro shipping is € 20.00
For orders from € 100.01 to €  200 Euro shipping is € 10.00
 For orders above € 200 Shipping is free of charge 

Shipping cost for outside the EU will not change

Credit Card  we accept Visa and mastercard. The link to the payment page is sent with the stock confirmation email

Orders are confirmed by email

All orders are shipped within 24 Hours after Payment, all shipments are confirmed by email. All order are sent by priority mail

For orders outside the Eu please place the order trough our web shop but hold payments until we have sent you an invoice excl. local VAT as all our prices are VAT included

Returning goods or missing/broken products
For any missing items and or broken products please contact us within 7 days after you have received the order or helpdesk is reachable on email or fax only (see our contact details). In case of broken items please include a picture if possible

Discounts 2007 (01-08-2007)
for all orders vallued 250 Euro and above 5%
for all orders vallued 400 Euro and above 7,5%
for all orders vallued 600 Euro and above 10%

for orders outside the Eu max discount is 5% for all orders 175 Euro and above (Ex VAT)

Personal Discounts
Discount saving is based on purchses made on our web shop and will be valid as long as Mol Plastic Modelbouw Vof  continues it's operation

You recieve 1% discount per 150 Euro Spend in our shop up to a max of 5% per year
The personal discount is calculated the night after the order is placed and will automaticly applied with the next order, Each change will be confirmed by email

the discount are not added up with the other discounts the shop will determine which to used based on which is the highest discount

Shipping Times

Monday till Friday Any order placed and paid before 14:00 will be shipped the same day
